Drake had Marisa's number in his journal, and she is mentioned in UC4 in Drake's attic, so yes, Golden Abyss is most likely canon. Golden Abyss is the only entry in the series (apart from the card game Uncharted: Fight for Fortune) developed outside of Naughty Dog. As one who thought Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception ended two or three chapters too early (not to mention with too many loose ends), I’m glad to get back into another Nathan Drake adventure a mere four months after the last PlayStation 3 outing. As with Tearaway, could you see Golden Abyss remake making it’s way to PS4?

But Uncharted ‘canon’ does not allow this, and that is both frustrating and tantalising in equal measure.
