Today GOONJ is channelising more than 40,000 kgs of material every month.
Items like clothes, books, household items etc are collected through regular collection drives at its collection centers. Goonj (goonj.org) Goonj is a one-of-a-kind NGO in India that is involved in distributing clothes to the unprivileged, and making cheap sanitary pads from waste cloth for the rural and underprivileged adolescent girls and women in the country.
