I have all of the previous Space Marines Battles novels, and this one was not among the best of them. The Orks have invaded the world of Armageddon. and i'd agree that if the 1st 3 novels don't grab you then you probably won't like the rest of the series much.
I personally believe Rynn’s World would be great followed by Battle of the Fang.
A Space Marines battle novel for a movie. there's quite a few different styles and themes amongst the novels so undoubtedly everyone will have 1 or 2 (or 3) which they don't like, but if you like the universe then, on the whole, the heresy series ought to be enjoyable.
